Columbia students travelling abroad to attend conferences also must register with International SOS, an emergency services program that helps with unexpected medical or security issues, prior to departure.

Attending a professional or academic conference
Already recieving departmental funding for conference attendance
Reimbursements

Reimbursements must be submitted to E3B DAAF within 10 days of the end of the conference
